Post: Post Terrance

Hello Folks, we’re still sucking wind here which is surprising considering the pace of the last few days. Here in Asheboro we had Art May Ham on Saturday Morning (a May Art and Barbeque festival downtown) which was a struggle to make it to considering the arrival of Hurricane Terrance on Thursday . Terrance blew in and whirled us around until 2am Friday, scrambling our brains and our perception of reality. Thursday was rather mellow, just hanging with our old pal but the winds picked up on Friday with a morning photoshoot

On the prowl

and by evening they were raging. Saturday morning found us scratching our heads and peeling our eyes open to face the smoking pork lurking downtown.

Saturday night it was off to the annual Art Affaire where we stuffed ourselves and hovered over our silent auction targets. It was a wonderful weekend to be sure, capped off with a departure by our friend and a retreat into mother’s arms for a Mother’s Day cookout! Yeehah!

Farewell our friend, see you soon!
